Building Materials In keeping with with our eco-building sustainable development principles we are looking at building with Earth Blocks.Earth Blocks are blocks of compressed soil that are aesthetically pleasing as well as cost and energy efficient, fire and pest resistant, virtually soundproof, durable and structurally sound. They provide complete architectural freedom and are made from a non-toxic readily available natural raw material dirt. A home made out of wood has a life span of 75-100 years. Building with earth earth blocks or Adobe extends your villa/chalets life to hundreds of years. We will discuss and provide options to signed villa purchasers prior to construction of their villa/chalet. We will only use hardwoods from suppliers who can certify that it was ethically harvested. We also intend to utilize as much locally quarried stones and renewable materials as much as possible in order to limit impact on environment.
