Purchasing FAQ:

1. Are the properties freehold or leasehold?
All properties are being sold freehold with-in a condominium framework. There will be annual/ monthly maintenance/property management fees. LORV Owners Association in collaboration with Land O’ Reef Management will determine fees. Initially maintenance fees will not exceed $US500 per month.

2. Will I need an alien license to purchase?
Unless you are a Grenadian citizen, you will need to apply for an alien landholding license; this will be done by your acting solicitor as part of the property purchasing procedure.

3. What will the purchasing contract look like?
A standard contract will be used with clauses added for the agreed payment plan and conditions. Further details can be supplied via email.

4. Who will I be able to get to manage the property?
The properties at Land O’ Reef Villas, to be rented, will be managed by Land O’ Reef Villa management company in association with a world class villa rental company.

5. Has any units been sold yet?
NO, we have just started to market this New Villa Concept.

6. Can I see photographs of the construction site?
Upon purchase owners will be supplied user name and password to view construction progress on their villa or chalet.

7. Can I visit the construction site?
Visits can be arranged when in Grenada or Carriacou. Also more detailed information and drawings will be presented in due course to owners.

8. What is the estimated property taxes on my villa/chalet?
Based on present rates you are looking at .15% of property value.
